Februaray 18th, 2008. We just played a nice acoustic show for the opening of Route 66 Cafe in Pardubice, Czech Republic. Well, I SAY acoustic but it would be better to say that it was SUPPOSED to be acoustic but all the guitar players ended up all bringing their electric guitars, pulled out the amps and turned the volume up a little past "2" on the knob. Everyone in the band, mainly the guitarists, always seems to enjoy the concerts a little more if we can put a little "hair" on the sound. Luckily enough, management and the full capacity crowd enjoyed the evening and the grand opening of the cafe was a big success. |

February 16th, 2008. We just finished a fantastic 9 city tour in the Czech Republic, together with Vitkovo Kvarteto, to celebrate Radio Beat's 6th birthday (#1 Rock Radio Station in the Czech Republic). The tour was sponsored and heavily promoted by Radio Beat so there was a big turnout at each and every city. Radio Beat wanted everyone to have fun for their birthday, so admission to every concert was for free. We had a really great time on this tour and were able to meet a lot of fans from different parts of the country. We count ourselves very lucky to have received, and continue to receive, support from the management, DJ's and staff at the radio station. We take our hats off to you! |

November 20th, 2007. The band has just returned from a whole weekend together in the mountains to work on new songs and do some serious practicing. We stayed in a big cottage in a small mountain village where we had the whole second floor to ourselves. We arrived on Friday and immediately set-up our equipment and started to play. Afterwards, some serious drinking took place. The only casulties were our new guitar player Martin and background singer Vladka. The first half of Saturday was a bit difficult for them. We played all day Saturday and even had a one-off concert in a small village near the cottage. This concert was at a „Hunter’s Ball“ which marked the end of the hunting season. This was not the best venue for our band, and the audience was a bit taken back with our music since they were older people with more of a slant for country and western than blues and rock. But we still had a good time on stage, even though by the end of the concert almost all of the people had retired to the bar in the other room. What a gas!! |

November, 2007. Our most recent show was on November 10th in Plzen. It was southern rock music festival called "OD SOUMRAKU DO ÚSVITU" which in English means „All Night Festival“ at Buena Vista Music Club. We were playing together with the bands Blue Rocket, MBA Band and Jack Daniel’s Band. It was a full evening of southern rock and we loved not only playing there but also listening to the best southern rock bands in the Czech Republic. A fun-filled night with good friends and music! |

October, 2007. We had three concert dates in October. The first was in the city of Kadan for a festival called „Pohoda“, which means „Take it Easy“ in English. Although this a folk and country & Western festival, the fans there still appreciated to hear some of the „harder stuff“. Our second concert was for a private party in the town of Kyov, which is located many, many miles from home. Although it was a long trip, we had nice time there with fantastic food and drinks (which is always a plus when playing these private parties!). Our third concert was with the 70‘s super group, glam rockers „Sweet“ from England. This concert was held at the Retro Club in Prague and was a sold out show. We had a great time on stage and had a fantastic response from the crowd. After the concert, we all stayed to listen to Sweet and really enjoyed the show. It was a memorable night and a memorable concert! |

Our last festival in September was „Vinobrani“ in Melnik. This is a huge festival that is held every year in the city of Melnik and celebrates the new wine that is produced at the end of the season. There are close to 20,000 people who attend this event and we were honored to be invited this year. The city was full of partygoer’s and we had a fantastic concert. The response to our music at this event was absolutely fantastic and we had great time performing. Immediately after we played, the Czech band „Monkey Business“ took the stage and our whole band stayed to watch them since they are a great band and put on a great show. We really enjoyed ourselves during this day and hope to play there again next year. |
